Job Description
We are seeking a talented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will apply company/client policies and procedures for the development of site designs for overhead and underground electrical distribution facilities, including reconductoring, conversions, cable replacement, customer, and reliability jobs. Responsibilities include completing site visits, preparing site drawings and construction sketches using MicroStation and GNetviewer, and maintaining accurate records. The candidate will also develop relationships with internal and external customers and support both company and client business goals.

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Work Environment
You will start by working out of the Indianapolis office 5 days a week. After demonstrating an understanding of the work (typically 2-3 months), you will be offered a hybrid work schedule of 2-3 days in the office and the rest at home. The office culture is small, close-knit, and quiet. The dress code is casual, but you may need a change of clothes for field visits or customer-facing interactions. The position operates on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, with flexible time but generally expects 8-5 PM hours.
