Summary of Position:

Responsibilities for a KCAD adjunct faculty member include syllabus and class preparation, instruction during scheduled course time, providing reasonable availability to students for consultation and assistance with respect to assigned course(s), and evaluation of student performance. While not required of adjunct faculty, the M.Arch program values the contribution of all faculty members through participation in program meetings and activities. The College is seeking candidates to teach in-person courses in structures, design studio, and/or digital representation, in Spring 2025. Courses are to be taught in person on KCADs campus in Grand Rapids, MI. The candidate(s) selected for the position must reside in Michigan after acceptance of employment. This position is part-time and may lead to renewal for future teaching opportunities.
