In this position, you will provide high quality, professional and compassionate care while providing quality oversight and supervision as delegated by the Leadership Team. Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent or associate’s degree required (For LPN only) required
Current licensure as an LPN, EMT or certification as a CNA in the State of Michigan required
1 year of experience in a long term care clinical position required
3 years of experience in long term care preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (available upon hire)
Annual influenza vaccination or declination required

Position Details:
0.6-0.9 FTE part-time, 24 to 36 hours per week)
Night shifts – 8 Hour Shift
Every other weekend (1st and 3rd)
Rotating holidays (Christmas odd)
