Job Description

Cook will prepare, portion and cook a variety of hot and cool food for various meal periods. Will be running stations in the kitchen, setting up, helping in the kitchen and cooking from scratch. Responsible for preparing and cooking foods quickly. Operate grill and follow recipes per customer request. Maintain a clean work station and follow safety procedures. Handle inventory, accommodate specific dietary needs. Perform basic cooking techniques, cook from scratch. Use kitchen equipment to measure, mix and prepare ingredients. Provide excellent customer service.
