Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: This position is responsible for producing high quality products per customer specifications Verify a chain of custody that accounts for all secure materials that are brought to the line and leave the line Effectively communicate with assistants, vault custodians, maintenance and engineering Verifying card sequences Recognizing and correcting all product defects that occur on the line Troubleshooting line issues and making adjustments, replacing parts or repairing the machine as needed Employees are on their feet for the entire length of the shift Responsible for filing out audit forms every shift that must be easily read by others Knowledge on how to navigate a computer, relevant systems, files and folders Qualifications Requirements: Good manual dexterity & hand/eye coordination Imaging line experience required DOD imaging or ink jet printing required Good attention to detail Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary Ability and willingness to lead small work groups of machine assistants Respond to changing conditions Meet physical requirements; stand or sit for long periods of time,lift up to 50 pounds Preferred Skills Computer experience High mechanical aptitude Strong troubleshooting skills Printing or graphics experience Manufacturing experience with a strong technology base Company Overview: CPI Card Group is a payment technology company and leading provider of credit, debit and prepaid solutions delivered physically, digitally and on-demand.
