Dimensions Coordinator

We are looking for a Dimensions Coordinator to manage and supervise the programmatic, physical, and educational operations of our Dimensions Community in meeting the residents/familys needs and expectations. This role collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and provides education to staff/families to adequately equip them to interact effectively with residents experiencing dementia at our Oak Meadows community in Oakdale, MN.

Full Time, 56 hours per two week pay period

Rotating weekends and holidays

Provides leadership and supervision to staff, volunteers, and/or students

Established and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction

Implement and maintain the Dimensions Program

Develop program and activities reflective of Dimensions Community resident interests

Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy

Performs other duties as assigned and directed

Required:

Current Drivers License in good standing

1-3 years experience

Microsoft Office Experience

High level communication skills

Preferred:

Associates Degree

3-5 years experience
