Project Architect

Architecture/Engineering firm located in the Western suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a Project Architect to their team!

Job Description:

Tasks for this position include working throughout all project phases

Conceptual design

Schematic design

Construction documentation

Construction administration

Create detailed plans and specifications, including floor plans and elevations

Produce full sets of construction documents in Revit

Heavily involved with clients, communicating with consultants and GCs

Attend and lead client meetings

Oversee construction administration onsite

Qualifications:

Must have a US accredited degree in Architecture

Must be a Licensed Architect

Must have at least 7 years of post-graduate experience working with an architecutre firm

Post-graduate experience does not include internship exerpience, experience outside of US standard, or freelance work

Must have full professional proficiency working in Revit

Must have applicable project experience within municipal or education sector

Must be local-this is an in office/hybrid role

Must have valid work authorization
