The Information Technology (IT) Intern will assist the Enterprise
Business Systems (EBS) – Applications team on various projects and
initiatives while gaining real-world experience to supplement topics
learned in formal education and training.

Essential Functions:

Assist in gathering, processing, and reporting data to help determine
operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Assist in creating dashboards using PowerBI for business process owners
(BPOs).

– Assist with testing and validating the companys data within the
enterprise resource planning (ERP) data hub to ensure proper
functionality.
– Assists with consolidating and the aggregation of data to be used in
the ERP data hub.
– Assists with data cleansing and harmonization of ERP data hub to
ensure efficient reporting.
– Assists with gathering user requirements for functional
specifications.
– Assists with addressing help desk tickets and supporting the IT
departments customer base.
– Assists with project work as needed and directed by management.
– Other duties as assigned.

Education and Training

A status of current enrollment or recent graduate from a Business
Analytics program required.

A minimum of a 3.0 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale required.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to use Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and PowerBI
required.

Ability to quickly grasp new concepts to produce results.

Ability to communicate effectively.
