Diploma6 Months of Rental Car Experience (at least 50 vehicles)Ability
to be on feet majority of the day | Strong Customer ServiceHOURS:
Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm (some weekends and holidays may be required with
OT) / PT – 20-30 hours/week (consistent schedule)Pay Rate: $23/hr.

Day in the LifeKey management of variable fleet units (delivery
vehicles)Perform detailed pre and post in-service inspections of the
variable fleetCoordinate light detailing / washing / cleaning of
variable fleet unitsSchedule with third-party vendors corrective
mechanical and body repairs as to be agreed upon by Buyer, Vendor, and
Customer and which may be revised from time to timeEnsure the refueling
of returned unitsFoster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet
personnel and advise on activities to maintain health of fleetSchedule
and perform record keeping of all activities completed, whether by
Vendor or managed by a third-party vendorCollaborate with Buyer and
Customer to improve program and create greaterRequirements1years
managing rental or fleet vehicles with an understanding in repair,
maintenance, and customer service.2-5 years customer service or client
account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B
service environmentProficiency in various MS Office software
applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPointAbility to drive and be
on your feet up to 8 hrsAvailability on weekends and some holidaysEEO
