We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our
team in Decatur, Illinois.

Purpose of this position:

Reporting directly to the Q. A. Manager the Quality Assurance Inspector
is responsible to ensure implementation and execution of the QMS
(Quality Management System) and to verify products are produced in
accordance with the product realization design.

Task and Responsibilities:

Safety:

– Sets an example for all plant employees by performing all quality
functions in a safe manner and encourages safety as a staff member
on the plant floor.
– Ensure outside visitors are aware of, and, comply with Nortrak
safety practices and requirements.

Quality:

– To perform appropriate inspections, to ensure that product
realization processes meet all applicable specifications and
standards.
– Performs internal process audits to verify QMS effectiveness.
– Maintains and controls quality records associated to product
verification, measuring equipment calibration and material
certification.
– Inspects, tests, and measures all the finishing materials.
– Ensure the operations and productions are following the companys
standards.
– Actively ensures compliance with the Nortraks QMS.
