We are seeking a senior accountant for a great company in Hazelwood that offers great benefits including 401k matching. To be a perfect candidate for this position, you will need a bachelors degree in accounting or finance, four years of experience in accounting and be able to work on site. Responsibilities

Improve productivity by helping to automate accounting processes

Serve as a back-up to other accounting positions

Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets

Develop and maintain a variety of financial reports

Assist with the development of policies and procedures

Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting

Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements for multiple companies

Prepare month-end journal entries

Prepare balance sheet schedules and account reconciliations

Assist with month-end account analysis

Prepare bank reconciliations
