Construction Foreman
$23.00-$26.00/hour | Full-time | Caldwell, ID
We are seeking experienced Construction Foremen to support our projects include a wide range of structures such as bridges, drainage systems, erosion control, retaining walls, sanitary sewer systems, and storm water management products. Ideal candidates will have previous leadership experience within a construction or physical manufacturing environment. Familiarity with concrete, rebar, or general construction is highly beneficial. Currently, were building concrete columns for a significant project and will commence a bridge project subsequently.
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in the production and/or finishing departments
Ensure quality control by overseeing the construction of wooden supports, tying/securing rebar, setting rebar cages, and pouring concrete
Manage the use of hand tools, saws, and drills to ensure safety and efficiency
Oversee the finishing process, including smoothing and sanding concrete imperfections to refine shape and appearance
Train and mentor laborers on best practices and safety procedures
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction and finishing processes
Compensation & Benefits
$23.00-$26.00/hour

Early Bird Shift: 3:00am-3:30pm | Monday-Friday
Day Shift: 5:00am-5:30pm | Monday-Friday
Night Shift: 12:00am-10:30am | Monday-Friday
Qualifications
Previous general labor or construction experience
Ability to use hand and power tools
Previous concrete experience
Safety conscious mindset
