Purpose

With a focus on building a rich pipeline of opportunities, the Inside Sales Team specialist works through different channels in conducting outbound prospecting activities to engage with contacts and identify opportunities.

Manages virtually a set of companies and contacts, based on a strategy set by industry (suspects; not in sales engagement nor current clients) where each Inside Sales Team specialist specializes with the purpose of planning the best possible approach through internal stakeholders, to bring new opportunities for our region.

Builds, maintains, and forecasts sales pipeline. Supports the creation and development of account plans. Generates, qualifies, and reviews new leads. Understands client requirements and competitively positions company solutions to meet the needs to touch leads.

Leverages the business intelligence, content, events, industry knowledge and internal stakeholders to analyze accounts, understand their context and generate the best possible approach with suspects and prospects, together with the business development and marketing teams.

This position is 100% onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Work at home is not available for this role.

Prioritize contact list and conduct high-volume outreach via multiple channels

Multitask in managing activities

Research the right / relevant information and collect qualifying information, using the marketing and sales strategy and criteria.

Capability of understanding of leads pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by TP

Set up appointments / meetings and find potential clients for the business development team. Business development teams rely on this person’s persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers

Set and execute sales strategy for assigned portion of account, territory, or industry vertical

Maintain accurate information about opportunities in our CRM tools. Track daily activities and next steps to ensure proper follow-up

Qualifications

Qualifications

Sales drive: 2-3 years of experience in sales in the following sectors – Complex Sales Cycles; Sales development or business development representative experience

Communication skills: Great written, oral presentation and persuasion skills in English

Goal-oriented, consultative selling with a strong sense of ownership at work

Social Selling and C-Suite relationship management: Person is knowledgeable of C-suite relationship management and social capital development methods

Experience in CRM

Preference only not required: Financial Services, Retail, Media & Entertainment, Healthcare and Travel; Business Process Outsourcing; Salesforce or NetSuite; Sales engagement platforms

Education / Experience / Traits:

Bachelor’s degree in any of the following or related areas: Administration, Sales, Marketing or related areas

Sales experience / drive – person will be exposed to some level of sales. Will deal with objections and how to approach a key target

Entrepreneurial spirit – strong personal drive and ambition to succeed in an open environment

Personal Resilience – Person will be used to execute against a plan which has a limited amount of time per suspect, also some level of relationship with key stakeholders

Pragmatism – Person will self manage time to reach objectives. Will balance action with results
