The Sales Supervisor of Main Entry Operations leads a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maximizing sales opportunities. This pivotal role involves overseeing our Main Entry team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and executing strategic plans with precision. Here’s how you’ll do it:
Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards for a safe and enjoyable environment
Mentor, counsel, and development of Team Members
Manage a daily workforce of 100 Team Members, providing direction and conducting performance reviews
Foster cross-departmental relationships to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Assist with strategic planning to ensure positive experiences for both Team Members and guests
Coordinate and execute day-to-day operational needs, including special events
Collaborate closely with Management for development planning and training coordination
Support Manager in hiring and training of Team Members
Manages Sales Associates and Specialists performance to ensure proper coaching and training are implemented though conducting Sales Observations
Manages and oversees weekly Sales Goals and reports
Motivates the Team to meet daily and weekly revenue goals
Conduct one-on-one performance reviews and annual evaluations
Regularly updating training material
Support and promote Team Member and Guest Satisfaction programs
Cultivate a culture of rewards and recognition using company and department tools
Uphold collective bargaining agreements, maintaining positive union relationships in partnership with HR and Labor Relations
Conduct investigatory meetings, addressing Team Member and Guest concerns or comments
Lead by example by modeling our Core Values
Seek opportunities to develop and deploy best practices
Participate as a Duty Manager to provide area coverage when needed
Manage both labor and non-labor departmental budgets
Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

1 year Minimum of leadership experience with a team of 20 employees
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and nights as required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, applications, and programs
On-Site Requirement: This position must be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite
