Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Brake Press Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate a CNC brake press, set up machines autonomously, and perform sheet metal bending and rolling. You will be responsible for fabricating parts to dimensional tolerances as required by engineering drawings, checking all operations from material gauge and type through shearing, punching, or forming. You will also work independently and with others to develop guidelines for the production of sheet metal assemblies, figure shear size, and flat pattern layout using height gauges and other precision instruments from engineering drawings. Additionally, you must be willing to work at assigned jobs in or outside the sheet metal department.

Work Environment

Jobs can be repetitive, making pieces in bunches of 20-30, with about 2-3 different setups daily (this can fluctuate). The available shifts are: 1st shift: Monday – Thursday 6AM – 4:30PM (1 openings), 2nd shift: 4PM – 2:30AM (1 opening).
