Director of Driver Recruiting

As the Director of Contractor Recruiting at Bennett Family of Companies, you will lead and oversee the entire contractor recruiting team, ensuring that we attract, engage, and onboard top-tier talent to drive our business forward. You will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of 8-10 recruiters in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring they meet performance targets and uphold our standards of excellence.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the recruiting strategy, optimizing processes, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. Your leadership will foster a culture of inclusivity, where team members are motivated to excel and contribute to our shared success. This position reports directly to the VP of Capacity Development.
