Architectural Designer

- Develop architectural design and design studies in Revit, including conducting 3D massing studies; and researching interior and exterior building systems, material applications, and technical details.
- Prepare architectural design documents in Revit for all phases of design, including Concept, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
- Develop design documentation through Revit BIM360 cloud platform. Assist in setting up Revit standards for projects. Maintain proper documentation and monitoring in Revit.
- Present design concepts, complete technical and construction development using Microsoft, Sketchup, the Adobe Creative Suite, and hand sketching.
- Develop technical aspects of architectural design projects by researching and developing studies and analysis for the projects technical systems.
- Integrate building and accessibility code requirements into project design and submittals.
- Contribute to Green Building/sustainable design and implementation with development and execution of sustainable strategies. Assist projects in reducing carbon footprint, and assist in preparing LEED accreditation documents.
- Assist in preparing documentation for submittals and in responding to comments, and revise drawings and documents as needed.
Job requires Bachelors architecture. 2 years experience, Must be able to perform the job tasks, including having knowledge of Revit.
