Required Skills:

Supplier Quality Engineer – NIC Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end quality of Networking Cards used in Meta Data Center environments.

2. Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to assure new product readings and ensure performance meets the key quality and reliability metrics.

3. Manage qualification and quality of critical semiconductor components on networking cards.

4. Responsible for Supply Chain and Data Center quality excursion management through root cause analysis while driving implementation and validation of process improvement and corrective actions.

5. The Supplier Quality Engineer-NIC will perform regular audits of Supplier manufacturing facilities.

6. Create and maintain all production process and quality documentation.

7. Manage all supplier product, process and engineering change notifications.

8. Use reliability prediction tools and techniques to evaluate product reliability performance on new products.

9. Monitor supplier’s adherence to new product introduction schedules to ensure predicable and stable mass production volume ramp.

10. Conduct supplier capability and technology roadmap assessments to assist supplier quality performance.

11. Review and disposition all supplier product, process and engineering change notifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

12. Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

13. Requires five years of experience in the following:

14. 1. PCBAs and electronic system functional and structural testing

15. 2. Networking silicon/module automated test

16. 3. Working with and managing off-shore manufacturing

17. 4. Working in a multi-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for the performance of new products and processes

18. 5. Semiconductor and module manufacturing and assembly plant processes, procedures, facilities, and equipment

19. 6. Design of experiments, root cause analysis and problem resolution on a conceptual and advanced troubleshooting level

20. 7. Reliability test and product qualification specifications and procedures, AND

21. 8. Failure rate modeling and predictive statistics.

$213,291/year to $231,110/year bonus equity benefits
