Construction Superintendent

Job Description

This position will be responsible for coordinating and providing on-site supervision for retrofit

work that upgrades clients building and other infrastructure systems, including HVAC, controls,

lighting, irrigation, and other installations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated

successful experience in supervising/managing various construction scopes, and in partnering

with subcontractors, building owners, and the rest of the Project Team, with particular emphasis

on MEP design and installation. This position is essential to efficiently meet completion dates

and other contract requirements

Skills and Requirements

High School Diploma

Knowledge of Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low voltage systems

Understand MEP building codes

Understanding project scheduling, CPM and or Microsoft Project

Ability to work with electronic equipment- Volt meters, amp meters, oscilloscopes, etc Technical Degree null
