Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in discipline related
to the work of the Division such as: Agriculture, Economics, Education,
Evaluation, Forestry, Positive Youth Development, Human Development and
Family Studies, Public Health, or related field. At least five years of
relevant experience and background in project coordination and program
management. At least three years of relevant experience and background
in curriculum design and writing, specifically related to agriculture,
ecology, and/or climate change education. Demonstrated experience
facilitating collaborations with diverse stakeholders, including Tribal
Nations and/or Indigenous and Pacific Islander populations, within and
across organizations. Experience designing and facilitating professional
development. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create strong
professional relationships with internal and external partners,
stakeholders and collaborators. Excellent customer service and
organizational skills. Demonstrated experience with adhering to budgets.
Demonstrated experience engaging with diverse populations in a
culturally responsive manner. Demonstrated commitment and experience
promoting and enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ability to
lead or advance short- and long-term projects, including ability to
multitask, prioritize duties, navigate in a fast-paced environment, take
initiative, and proactively problem solve. Ability to work independently
and as a member of a team. Ability to handle multiple tasks with rigid
deadlines. Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality and
professionalism. Ability to use common computer software including word
processing, data management, and basic web site development. 70%
