Minimum/Required Qualifications Two years of human resources clerical
support experience directly assisting human resources professionals in
the administrative functions of a human resources program OR Three years
progressively responsible administrative, clerical or record-keeping
support experience. College-level course work may substitute for the
general experience requirement based on 45-quarter units per year.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Exceptional customer service
skills and the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the
phone and via email. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Exhibits self-motivation, the ability to multitask and pay close
attention to small details. Displays the ability to work in a
collaborative and team-oriented environment. Has a good understanding of
basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn how to use
proprietary software. A demonstrable commitment to promoting and
