Job Summary:  Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a local company in Bellingham to find an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to work with an employer who offers competitive pay and benefits!

Responsibilities & Qualifications Include:

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Communicate effectively on the phone, in person, and written correspondence
– Detail-oriented and highly organized with proven follow-up capabilities
– Answer multi-line phones and transfer call
– Take and distribute messages
– Maintain detailed customer account information
– Data entry
– Providing a positive customer service experience on the phone, via email, and in person

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
