Compensation & Benefits
Targeted starting compensation range is based on location and experience: $xx – $xx
Incentive and commission compensation may be awarded for eligible roles

In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Responsible for creating awareness of the Bank and its services through community activity.
Promotes organization services and/or products to customers
Meets with customers to work on outstanding issues, obtain feedback, and ensure proper site/account control
Responds to unscheduled service calls
Works cross-functionally to resolve outstanding issues
Responsible for contributing to the Banks favorable image in the community by carrying out branch activities in a manner promoting customer goodwill.
Provides technical training and guidance to less experienced team members
Education & Certifications
H.S. Diploma: required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
NMLS Registration or ability to obtain required
Experience
6 or more years of experience in retail branch activities, aligning client needs with appropriate products and services required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems. Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services. Demonstrated knowledge of all complex accounts, and consumer and QuickStep lending.
Proven client service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills; proper phone and email etiquette required.
Possess effective selling, cross selling and referral skills.
Possess strong mathematical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze client credit data and other related financial information.
