About the Opportunity:

In this newly created role, the Global

Performance &

Partnerships Manager at Life Fitness will be responsible for
developing, managing, and optimizing strategic partnerships that drive
branding initiatives and company growth. The initial focus will be on
the (1) performance and (2) hospitality segments where the halo effect
has a direct impact on the main strategic segments (health clubs,
athletics, military, education and MUH). This role involves working
closely with key stakeholders, internally and externally, to identify
opportunities, implement partnerships, and monitor their effectiveness.

this is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont,
IL – M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days #LI-Hybrid

What our Global Performance & Partnerships Manager will be responsible
for:

Strategic Planning:

– Develop and execute a strategic plan for partnership growth and
development.

identify new opportunities for partnerships.

– Work closely with internal teams, including Brand, Marketing, Sales,
Legal, Finance and Product Development, to align partnership
strategies with overall business objectives.

– Coordinate with partners to ensure the successful execution of joint
initiatives and campaigns.

– Develop partnership content strategies to achieve business goals
within the strategic segments of growth

Partnership Development:

– Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with
the companys strategic goals.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential
partners.

– Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure mutually
beneficial outcomes.

partnerships.

– Provide solutions and recommendations to improve partnership
performance.

Brand Performance Optimization:

– Manage global brand partnership budget and maximize ROI

– Track and analyze partnership performance data to assess impact and
ROI.

using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

reports) on partnership performance.

Project Management:

– Oversee the execution of partnership projects, ensuring they are
delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

successful outcomes.

ur Global Performance & Partnerships Manager (Qualifications):

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand partnership
management with proven track record of partnerships building and
contacts within sports / fitness industries

Skills:

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and
generate actionable insights.
