searching for a Project Engineer who will be responsible for managing
all technical aspects of assigned projects including working with our
customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage all technical aspects of multiple and/or major projects utilizing
the Product Planning and Development Procedure.

Designs, validates, provides test reports and sign-off documents, and
ensures production readiness.

Coordinates with CAD, FEA and laboratory personnel and interfaces with
other departments in support of the above.

Coordinates the technical design and test aspects on projects with
suppliers and customers.

Provides continuous improvement through employee development, process
improvement and elimination of waste. Helps to assure safety in the lab
and office.

Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will possess:

Bachelor of Science degree in technical discipline required.
BSME/BSAgE/BS AeroE preferred.

Experience in vehicle structural design (preferable heavy or medium duty
truck) with exposure to dynamic structural analysis, finite element
analysis, fatigue analysis, and product design.

Demonstrated product innovation.

Experience working with customers.

Electrical or brake experience a plus.

Project management experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage and meet product development deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to drive issues to
resolution.
