rAbout This Role:

The Ticket Services Assistant performs and oversees a variety of
customer service functions related to ticket services for theatre
events. Provides day-to-day contact, interaction, and problem resolution
to ticket-buying customers.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

– Requires a high school diploma
– One year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

– College degree
– Two years of relevant experience working in customer service and or
client relations
– Basic accounting and supervision knowledge
– Ticket sales experience/working with ticketing system
– Knowledge of basic first aid
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
– Experience with cashiering/cash handling
– Effective writing and oral communications
– Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
– Supervising staff
– Fast-paced decision making

Other Requirements:

– Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
at the time of employment.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:

$16.36 – $20.44 per hour
