Key Responsibilities:

– Precision Machining: Operate advanced 5-Axis machines to produce
high-tolerance aerospace components that meet our exacting
standards.

– Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints to
ensure precise hole placements, depths, and diameters, maintaining
tight tolerances.

– Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections during and after
machining to ensure adherence to specifications, maintaining our
commitment to excellence.

– Efficiency and Multitasking: Maximize productivity by running
multiple machines when required, while maintaining attention to
detail and organization.

– Continuous Improvement: Broaden your skill set by cross-training
on various machines and processes, contributing to our teams
overall effectiveness.

– Safety Compliance: Uphold safety protocols by wearing proper
personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, ensuring a safe
working environment for all.

– Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive work
environment by assisting and supporting colleagues as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

– Track estimated versus actual hours spent on jobs to optimize
workflow and efficiency.
– Willingness to work overtime, when necessary, although overtime is
not mandatory.
– Return all company tools to their designated locations after use to
maintain organization and efficiency.
