This position has a starting base rate pay of $20.70

Position schedules vary by available positions. Some schedules may
include a 7-day rotation.

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported
and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work
environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Job Description:

– Be capable of learning product codes, know where product belongs and
keep pre-blend cooler organized.
– Must operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to
transport raw product to and from coolers and production areas.
– Responsible for weighing and recording of weight of finished ground
product.
– Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and
able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a
reasonable accommodation.

– Must be willing and able to lift and carry 60 pounds.
– The Team Member will move from one area of production to another.
– The Team Member will stand, stoop, bend, climb ladders, change work
levels, twist, and squat, climb stairs, reach, push, pull and move
about the facility.
– The Team Member will read explicit simple instructions and do
required paperwork.
– The Team Member will visually inspect product.
– The Team Member will work in extremely cold temperatures.

Qualifications:

– Must have 3 months Operator experience within the last year (can be
a combination of employers as long as equals 3 months).

Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum
rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to 3 times of
employment.
