SUMMARY
Bering Global Solutions a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native
Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Senior Team Lead/Supervisor
for a position in Idaho Falls, ID. The team lead as a supervisor is
responsible for the overall day to day operations of the IT Support
Group. The lead will also manage the personnel that supports DOE-ID COMS
and the DOE-ID Information Management Division (IMD). The team lead will
need to be versatile and have a wide range of IT skills especially
server operations to support the organization. The lead will be required
to work as a lead project manager and help desk support expert over
daily duties in support of the DOE-ID office user base. The lead will be
responsible for keeping IMD informed via metrics and status on all IT
operational tasks and issues.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

– Analyze complex process and provide technical expertise in resolving

operations that identify and mitigate risk or address regulatory
requirements.

– 10 years of related work experience
– MSCE or CISSM
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
– Information Assurance, Technical Analysis and Design
– Experience with MS Word, Excel and Project or similar software

– Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer
screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse,
and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is
primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be
required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
