Summary: The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will be Pitscos
first impression to visitors entering our corporate offices and must be
reflective of Pitscos core values (Customer centric; Self-starter;

The primary responsibilities of this role will be to perform general
office duties and provide administrative support to the CEO, COO, CRO,
other members of the corporate staff, and departmental leadership. These
tasks are accomplished by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be
assigned):

Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate locations on
campus

Answering phones and directing callers for assistance

Working in Microsoft Suite, editing and completing documents in support
of corporate or departmental staff

Entering, organizing, and supplying relevant data to various departments

Assisting Travel and Events Coordinator in internal company activities
