Manufacturing Foreman

Backs and Barns is looking for a bilingual foreman. Most of our
employees speak Spanish and we are looking for a responsible individual
with a background in manufacturing, welding and tinning metal buildings.
Must be patient and easy to work with. Must be able to work unsupervised
while keeping morale high among workers. Detail oriented to ensure
proper production of all orders and a strong work ethic. Pay is $25-30
an hour based on experience. Full time position working Monday through
Friday.

-Communicating with and directing a bilingual team

-Supporting team morale

-Assisting with Sales and production of products

-Operating machines used around the shop during production and
loading/unloading of materials or orders

-Tinning, manufacturing and/or welding experience preferred
