Job Description:

Investigate and resolve Level 1 network infrastructure hardware issues.

Use standard tools to analyze, identify, and resolve technical problems.

Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 problem and incident management.

Analyze performance issues and recommend solutions to improve functionality, reliability, and usability.

Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and technical teams to resolve problems.

Perform high level analysis of complex network system integrations.

Lead teams in advanced network design, architecture, and diagnostics.

Design, configure, develop, and implement network infrastructure solutions.

Candidate should have:

3/5 years of experience with AWS.

3/5 years of strong administration skills in OpenShift or ROSA environments.

2/4 years of experience with DevOps practices.

2/4 years of experience working with Helm charts and/or YAML.
