Our client is currently searching for a Relationship Specialist that is fluent in both English and Spanish to join their team. The ideal candidate will perform outstanding personalized customer service to their clients. Responsibilities

Collaborate in a team environment to answer inbound calls from attorneys and claimants interested in pre-settlement funding or seeking updates on their funding.

Engage with plaintiffs and their attorneys by making outbound calls and sending emails to establish contact with potential clients and law firms, and gather relevant case information.

Conduct research using online tools, legal dockets, and Microsoft CRM to:

Identify law firms whose clients may benefit from services.

Reach out to firms to identify decision-makers and learn about their experience with the company or other funding providers.

Schedule in-person or virtual meetings with key decision-makers to introduce products and services (~40%).

Maintain accurate and timely updates in Microsoft CRM.

Provide exceptional, personalized customer service in every interaction.

Nurture leads through effective verbal and written communication to maximize engagement and conversion.

Promote the companys commitment to excellence and high-quality service.

Perform additional duties as needed.
