Job Description:

We are seeking motivated MIG Welders to join our first shift team based in Davenport, Iowa. The role involves performing all types of welding, cutting, and steel fabrication tasks in both a production and R&D (Research & Development) environment. You will work with formal drawings, sketches, or concept development while maintaining high safety standards, and be capable of fabricating and welding both production and new product prototypes in an effective manner. Preferred Skills & Experience:

Welding certificate, diploma, or degree highly preferred

2-5 years of experience in fabrication and welding environment minimum

Ability to read and work with blueprints and sketches on a daily basis

Additional Information:

1st shift hours only! 6am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday.

Overtime maybe required based on workflow. Minimal weekends.

Weekly pay Full Benefits (medical/dental/vision)

Independent work environment with little micromanaging!
