We have an exciting opportunity for an Aftermarket Product Manager to join our Thermo King Americas Business Unit. This Product Manager will have ownership for share growth, margin expansion, and cash generation for parts and accessories sold through our Dealer channel. Key responsibilities will include managing product P&Ls, analyzing the business, working closely with key stakeholders on Sales enablement, along with pricing and model management execution.

Where is the work:

Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule, with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

Responsibilities:

Manage service part and accessory product categories throughout product life cycle, with full responsibility for pricing, forecasting, marketing, and end of product life

Identify market opportunities and prioritizing product and customer requirements for new product development, quality improvement and cost management initiatives

Define the product category strategy and working cross functionally to deliver winning products

Develop and leverage financial analytics to deliver profitable growth

Work closely with vendors/suppliers to identify new opportunities, source innovative new product and/or line extensions and be an expert in the competitive landscape

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or other technical related degree

Masters degree preferred but not required.

A minimum of 4 years of product management or other relevant experience

Ability to travel up to 15%

Must have a strong technical aptitude and the ability to work across different functions, regions, and internal stakeholders

Strong financial acumen is required

Excellent organization skills and flexibility to handle a variety of time sensitive tasks and projects

Demonstrated ability to provide effective support on a broad range of activities requiring attention to detail

Solid analytical and communication skills

Be able to perform effectively as a team member and be able to work independently in the pursuit of company objectives

Knowledge of the transport refrigeration business, trucking industry and technical knowledge preferred

Compensation:

Base salary for this position is $100,000 – $140,000.
