PC Technician Support

Description:

• Unbox newly purchased computer equipment

• Connect with employees and IT Staff to understand current system configuration and swap

o Collect Address information from employees

o Inform employee after their new computer is sent to them that they will need to ship their current computer back to the depot

o Provide the return information.

• Image Laptops and Desktop Computers

• Configure PCs which may include user profile configuration

• Box up imaged PC and ship to end user

• Work with end user to ensure data copied and applications installed on new/reimaged computer

Windows 10, Desktop, Imaging, Hardware, Support, Troubleshooting

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Additional duties might be included, which could lead to processing a total of approximately 70 PCs included in the above tasks:

• Receive old computers back from employees, if still in warranty wipe and reimage for redeployment

• Then follow the steps above
