As a TXU Energy Digital Media Associate, you’ll manage search, display, and paid social campaigns, including campaign planning, performance optimization, and a robust test and learn agenda. You will create reports & presentations that detail key results from digital media campaigns and testing initiatives. You’ll also collaborate with key stakeholders and agency partners to achieve aggressive sales outcomes and lead media testing and optimization efforts.

You’re ideal for this role if you are a highly motivated, collaborative, analytically driven, sales- oriented, problem solver. Must be passionate about planning, managing, executing, and evaluating the results of online campaigns.

Job Description

A Day in The Life Of A Digital Media Associate:

Support new campaigns and product launches across brands & collaborate closely with stakeholders to generate leads and sales.

Lead campaign planning process with agency partners and internal teams across media, analytics, and brand.

Independently manage overarching digital media performance, including creative and tactic level performance. Optimize ROI of digital channels to ensure sales targets are met and media spend is properly allocated.

Test, track and analyze digital advertising to increase awareness, consideration, and leads/sales.

Work with key stakeholders across analytics to develop or improve ad reporting infrastructure as needed.

Own digital media creative development process including creative calendar, ideation, briefing process, and results reporting.

Develop and present key results on a monthly basis to internal teams.

What You Will Need:

5 years digital media planning and performance optimization experience, with either hands-on-keyboard experience or direct responsibility optimizing tactical level performance via agency partners.

Demonstrated history of digital creative strategy with the ability to drive digital creative from briefing process to execution, inclusive of performance evaluation.

Must have demonstrated performance excellence that encompasses best practices for campaign planning and managing performance of marketing/media campaigns.

Experience managing digital campaign projects with external vendors & agencies.

Working knowledge of key marketing financial drivers.

Excellent organizational, communication and inter-personal skills and must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to the above requirements

Drive leads to web and call center and meet sales conversion goals, including ROI metrics.

Meet sales targets across brands for digital advertising campaigns.

Meet efficient cost-per-lead targets & cost-per-acquisition targets for digital media campaigns.
