Hiring General Laborers in Louisville, CO

Pay: $18.00hr (opportunity for advancement/based on performance)

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00AM-3:30PM

Qualifications:

Mechanical Aptitude: Candidates need a solid mechanical aptitude to work with hand tools, power tools, etc. Training will be provided.

Hand Tools: Comfortable using various hand/power tools. Training will be provided on more complex tasks.

Production: Experience in a production environment is preferred.

Job Description:

Responsible for masking and plugging/unplugging of all metals and units prior to and after powder coat application.

Responsible for loading and unloading of the oven, and maintaining the oven log time sheet.

Assembly and staging of painted metals. This includes inspection of parts for paint defects, light paint, metal defects, paint thickness.

Responsible for all rework tear downs from returned units and un-racking of painted parts.

Machine operation as needed.
