Responsibilities

Support responsibilities include:

– Analyze, respond, and communicate with partners to effectively handle work orders in a timely manner.
– Schedule, organize, track, and record data and interactions for all work orders
– Record monthly invoice data into a google sheet
– Provide support/directions for our website
– Improve processes where needed

Retail Responsibilities:

– Help customers over the phone, email, and in person
– Help customers purchase and return products
– Prepare bulk orders for repeat customers
– List products online
– Help prepare online orders when needed
– Price/Restock all areas in the retail storefront
– Help update pricing structure when needed
– Stay up to date on computer technologies
– Take on other projects/responsibilities

 Qualifications

Retail experience a plus

Working knowledge of computers and office software

Outstanding customer service skills

Detail oriented

Great communication skills

Background check and drug test required

Great work ethic is a must

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
