Supervisor/Leadman

Experienced Construction Foreman/Supervisor:

You will lead a team in overseeing construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and managing project timelines and budgets. With core skills in OSHA compliance, construction management, and project scheduling, you will supervise and coordinate construction activities effectively. Relevant skills in blueprint reading, quality control will further contribute to successful completion of projects.

Individuals must have previous experience in the construction industry and have supervisory experience. Must also be comfortable with mathematics and physical labor. Candidate will need a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. You will be working with a Precast team, owner, admin, and customers. Must be good with different personalities, be attentive to workers and their safety/other things that may come up in surroundings, and/or/etc. May need to conduct meetings and some clerical work to keep your department organized. Needs to be reliable and attention to detail. Must be detailed oriented as well as a team player. Problem solver.
