Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Remote City Growth Launchers job opportunity.

Must live in either of these locations:

(Vail, CO, Estes Park, CO, Grandbury, CO, Nantucket, MA, Ellsworth, ME, Mammoth Lakes, CA, Hailey, ID, Idabelle, OK, Magee, MS, Jackson Hole, WY, Morrisville, VT)

Pay rate: $16.66 /HR (23.00/HR)

Length: 3 months

Work Shift: Open Mon – Sat from 9am – 5pm (will discuss shift in interview)

Job Duties:

City Launchers are a critical piece of client’s success in every market.

This is an intense, business-side startup role. Theres no such thing as a typical day, and to excel, you cant just be smart – you have to be self-motivated, have exceptional interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and be analytical.

Our City Launchers handle everything from identifying cultural nuances of a city and defining partner strategy, to acquiring new Merchants, Customers, etc.

Looking for strong performers who can move fast to get things done, have a natural aptitude for blending creativity and analytics to devise innovative solutions, and are excited by the idea of bringing the client to the world.

Conduct in-person visits to local restaurants to actively sell client services, expanding our merchant base and enhancing our selection quality.

Develop creative recruitment strategies and actively recruit employees to build a robust and reliable delivery network, fostering a strong community spirit among employees.

Drive consumer growth and engagement through innovative local marketing strategies, increasing app downloads, account creations, and client subscriptions, while also boosting activity among existing users.

Create and own workflows that keep launch projects on track from beginning to end to build a successful business foundation.

Consistently innovate and execute on unique strategies for client, Customer, and Merchant operations in our top priority markets.

Generate new business by exploring growth opportunities with new and current partners for the client Marketplace and other verticals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher, or are currently pursuing one

6 months customer service experience (retail or sales)

1 years of experience in sales, consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics, early-stage startups or related experience

Demonstrable success leading initiatives, establishing and achieving goals, and succeeding in a team environment

Success executing business development opportunities or negotiating partnerships

Organized and proficient using Google Suite or related software (including data creation / management in Google Sheets)

You have flexibility in your schedule as you may be required to work any day of the week, across daily operating hours

You can influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job functions

Motivated, relationship builder, determination, problem solver

Experience in a customer-facing or relationship management role Nice to Haves

Pay Details: $16.66 per hour
