Job Title: Label Dispatch Operator

Job Description

Print customer-facing labels for regulated products.

Prepare lot-specific batch records, working individually and as part of a team in accordance with established standard operating procedures to ensure customers receive a product that meets or exceeds quality specifications.

Effectively communicate and interface with work groups to ensure the completion of daily production.

Work in a standard laboratory environment while adhering to room-specific PPE requirements.

Satisfactorily complete company training requirements on time and operate within all ISO and FDA standards pertaining to Manufacturing.

This position largely interacts with equivalent levels of internal personnel.

Good communication, attention to detail, and accuracy are required in performing all functions of this position, as errors in work could cause customers to receive a non-conforming product.

Training will be provided through one-on-one instruction following process-specific on-the-job-training until the operator is proficient to work individually.

The incumbent normally receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new assignments.

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Frederick, Maryland.

Work Environment

Clean Room, Office mostly at a computer reviewing batch records and creating labels. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Work in a GMP manufacturing environment. Must follow PPE requirements specified within the Manufacturing area, including wearing a company-provided hairnet, beard net (if applicable), lab coat, safety glasses, and closed shoes. Must maintain no exposed skin other than the neck and face. As a label dispatch team member, youll be working mostly with computers, documents, and printers (Xerox and Zebra/Sato label printers).
