The Engagement Team is the driving force behind revenue at Randstad

RiseSmart. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact

and will be responsible for crafting a delicate and informative experience for

clients that have recently lost their jobs.

Our team’s mission is to assist each and every individual’s needs as they

begin to plan their next steps in their career transition to ensure a seamless,

enthusiastic client experience from start to end. Whether the client plans to

pursue a new job, career change, retirement or entrepreneurship, we have

the experts and technology to get the client to their destination faster.

This role is a contract-based, part-time opportunity for 20-40 hours per

week, preferably over five days each week. Schedules can be flexible to meet

the candidate’s needs. This position is a remote position.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Conduct outbound outreach via phone and emails to clients

Work closely with Account Services team to understand customer

eligibility requirements and rules

Ability to handle large volume of clients and prioritize projects as

needs change

Utilize internal CRM to manage daily dashboard

Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries,

determining requirements, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests

Be a great listener, be able to ask probing questions, be able to

understand concerns, and be able to overcome objections in an effort

to help clients understand RiseSmart’s value

Qualifications for this role include:

2-5 years of experience in a customer support/service role; Staffing,

Human Resources or Outplacement industry experience is a plus

Must be a team player and also a self-starter

Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and documentation skills

Strong communication skills including a pleasant phone manner,

excellent listening skills

Flexible, adaptable, easily handle quickly changing priorities; able to

work well with ambiguity and have a sense of urgency

Patience, empathy, and self-confidence
