About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Ocala. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, managing daily operations, and driving profitability. You will be expected to lead and motivate a team of employees, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations. Your ultimate goal will be to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests and achieve business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field

5 years of experience in restaurant management

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fast food or quick service restaurant management

Certification in food safety or sanitation

Experience with labor control and scheduling software

Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial management

Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest complaints or issues

Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives

Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability and increase sales
