General Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Ocala. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, managing daily operations, and driving profitability. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field

5 years of experience in restaurant management

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fast food or quick service restaurant management

Certification in food safety or sanitation

Experience with labor control and scheduling software

Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial management

Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment
