Training $$$ Responsibilities: Collaborate with teammates and
managers to provide exceptional service to current and potential
customers. Handle inbound calls to schedule service appointments and
address service inquiries. Initiate outbound calls to ensure customer
satisfaction. Proactively address customer inquiries and guide them to
dealership services and resources. Meet daily goals, drive results, and
