Primary Job Duties

This is a full-time position.

Supervise clerks to ensure that day to day tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner

Provide direction, guidance, and motivation for all parts personnel

Ensure compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures

Reordering of parts, tools, and supplies for Maintenance personnel

Processing time cards, vendor interaction, and ensure shift coverage

Tasks assigned by manager

Minimum Requirements

At least 18 years old or older

Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued drivers license

Have a High School Diploma or GED

Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Pass a background check

Team player – work well with others

Self-motivated – be able to work without supervision

Detail oriented and quick learner

Work under pressure

Evaluate and solve problems

Have previous Parts Clerk experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Evaluate and solve problems

Strong people and employee-relations skills

Computer knowledge helpful

Employee must be in good standing without any disciplinary actions within 6 months

Available for any shift (including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays)

Starting at $18.00 an hour, plus supervisor override

Physical and Other Requirements

Able to lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
