Job Title: Site Lead

Job Summary:

EMCOR Facilities Services (EFS) has an immediate need for a day shift Site Lead The Site Lead will supervise a 7/24/365 high pressure boiler operation, ancillary equipment, maintenance team, custodians, and sub-contractors performing assigned work. Coordinate with Maintenance technicians on planning and completion of jobs assigned through the site’s CMMS. Provide feedback and advise General Manager of all pertinent plant issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage central plant boiler room operations

Monitor operation of assigned equipment.

Coordinate and supervise sub-contractor work.

Ensure that team members stay current on all assigned training

Research parts and planning for corrective work orders.

Other assignments as requested by clients.

Writing and checking Safe Work Permits (SWP’s)

Qualifications:

HS diploma plus college, vocational degree, MOS certification, or equivalent experience in central plant boiler room operations.

Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience

Drivers license. OSHA 10 or 30 hour card is preferred. ASOPE license preferred.

Able to read and write English.

Boiler operation. HVAC knowledge a plus.

Competencies:

Basic computer skills.

Extensive knowledge of high-pressure steam boiler operation and monitoring.

Fire protection systems

Air compressors, pumps and motors

Water treatment systems

Ability to communicate in a professional manner
