We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure optimal operation of production equipment. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct repairs to minimize downtime and enhance equipment efficiency. This position requires a mix of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong safety mindset.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns promptly.

Perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery.

Install and commission new equipment as needed.

Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential problems.

Maintain accurate maintenance activity records and manage spare parts inventory.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

Collaborate with production teams to improve overall equipment performance.

Assist in developing and implementing effective maintenance procedures.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

high mechanical and electrical skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.

Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.

Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office software.

Experience with Preventative Maintenance/CMMS software is a plus.
