Technical Business Analyst – J00161420

As a Technical Business Analyst on the Operations Strategy Execution team, you will aid in the evaluation of business process transformation opportunities with a focus on efficiency, productivity, stability, and enabling increased growth. This role will be responsible for the execution of the design, development and implementation of short and long-term technology solutions to business needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure.

– This position is a hybrid role and will require the person to be local to St. Louis, MO.

What Youll Do

– Supports understanding current state of performance through data collection, observations, root cause identification, process mapping, etc. and leverages data to support solutions for improvement.
– Modify existing systems or build new system design, document business and functional requirements, evaluate new technology developments, and recommend appropriate solutions to business.
– Review technology requirements, business processes and integration connectivity for project success.
– Collaborate with the technical team for implementation and drive project completion on time and within budget.
– Perform solution testing, system validation and actively address issues with technical and business teams.
– Plan production deployment, manage implementation and set priorities when appropriate and escalate issues when necessary.
– Assist internal stakeholders with ongoing support on production solutions, while constantly looking for improvements.
– Build stakeholder relationships, manage change readiness and steer communication on continuous improvement.

What experience you need

– 3 to 5 years experience in fast paced matrix environment
– 3 years of experience in a client facing position
– Understand stakeholder needs and provide regular project updates.
– Ability to manage a project end to end and interact cross-functionally with various levels management and peers
– Agile and Lean experience
– Expert in requirement analysis and documentation (BRD, FRD, UIRD)
– Experience with cloud infrastructure, RPA and Automation
– Knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices
– Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, Python, Google Suite, JIRA, and Confluence
