ACTIVELY HIRING FOR A SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR CONSTUCTION ACCOUNTS!
The Sales Representative is responsible for developing a sales territory through prospecting new Contractor/Construction
accounts, developing new customer base and customer retention
This position is responsible for growth throughout the Northern Fairfield/Litchfield counties.
Travel throughout Connecticut is required.
Your Role:
Prospect new customers and develop new accounts.
Maintain existing accounts and relationships.
Develop and implement sound selling strategies.
Present and promote all services to prospects and existing customers.
Work with the Manager on any situation that may seem out of the ordinary regarding price and/or service.
Expedite the resolution of customers’ problems and complaints with maximum satisfaction.
Experience :
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
5 years’ experience in outside sales (experience in waste removal preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Must have a current driver’s license and own vehicle.

Base salary plus unlimited commission
